The Aqua Horological Tintinnabulator：水で動く時計
Designed and created by Rowland Emett OBE, The Emett Clock arrived at Victoria Centre in 1973.
エメット時計は、ローランド・エメットOBEによってデザイン・制作され、1973年にビクトリア・センターにやってきました。
Since its installation the Clock has become a much loved local landmark and a popular meeting place.
設置以来、この時計は地域のランドマークとして愛され、人気の待ち合わせ場所にもなっています。
In 2014, after over 40 years at the heart of the shopping centre, The Emett Clock was lovingly restored to its original glory by The Rowland Emett Society and Victoria Centre.
2014年、40年以上ショッピングセンターの中心にあったエメットクロックは、ローランド・エメット協会とヴィクトリアセンターによって、愛情を込めてオリジナルの栄光を取り戻しました。

The winning desing was created by India Richardson age 11.
受賞したのは、インディア・リチャードソンさん（11歳）の作品です。
ビクトリアセンターに入ると、丁度11時となり仕掛け時計が動き出した。
どうやら、動力は水らしい。
