Belle loves reading books. Gaston, a hunter from her small town, wonders why she doesn’t love him instead. Belle thinks he is boring and selfish.
本を読むのが大好きなベル。彼女の小さな町の猟師ガストンは、なぜ彼女が代わりに彼を愛さないのか不思議に思います。ベルはガストンを退屈で自分勝手な男だと思っているのです。
When Bell’s father gets lost in the woods, he finds a castle owned by a scary Beast. Belle bravely sets out to save him.
ベルの父親が森で迷子になったとき、怖い野獣が所有する城を見つけました。ベルは勇敢にも父親を救おうとしますが……。
The Beast frightens Belle. But she loves her father so much that she takes his place and promises to stay with the Beast forever.
野獣はベルを怖がらせました。しかし、彼女は父を愛しているので、父の代わりに野獣と永遠に一緒にいることを約束しました。
Belle is lonely until she discovers the enchanted objects living in the castle. They become her friends.

One day, Bella finds a magical rose. The spell on the castle and all who live there will break only when the Beast learns to love and finds someone to love him in return.
ある日、ベラは魔法のバラを見つけました。城とそこに住むすべての人々の呪縛が解けるのは、野獣が愛を学び、お返しに愛してくれる人を見つけたときだけなのです。
Slowly, Belle and the Beast spend more time together. Belle sees a side of the Beast that she hasn’t seen before.
少しずつ、ベルと野獣は一緒に過ごす時間が増えていきました。ベルは野獣の見たことのない一面を見つけていきます。
The Beast cares for Belle so much that when his magic mirror reveals her father in trouble, the Beast tells Belle to go to him.
野獣はベルをとても大切に思っており、彼の魔法の鏡が彼女の父親が困っているのを映し出すと、野獣はベルに父親のもとへ行くように言いました。
Belle returns to town and rescues her father. Hearing Belle describe the Beast makes Gaston jealous, so he leads the townspeople to invade the Beast’s castle!
ベルは町に戻り、父を助けました。ベルが野獣について語るのを聞いたガストンは嫉妬し、町の人々を率いて野獣の城に侵入しました！
When Belle rushes back to the castle, the Beast has been wounded. She realizes that she has fallen in love with him.
ベルが急いで城に戻ると、野獣は負傷していました。ベルは自分が野獣に恋をしてしまったことに気づきました。
Belle’s love breaks the spell! The Beast transforms back into the Prince, and hi and Belle live happily ever after.
ベルの愛が魔法を解きました！野獣は王子に戻り、ベルと野獣は幸せに暮らしました。
